• Ran 53.07 for the win in the 400 meter dash final at the Duke Invitational (April 7-9). Also ran 23.86 (+0.6m/s) for 5th in the 200 meter dash final.
• Ran 52.64 in the 400 meter dash for 18th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (June 10 & 12)
• Ran a school-record 51.41 in the 400 meter dash for 5th at the NCAA East Preliminaries (May 27 & 29) to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships, after running 52.28 in the first round. Also ran a leg of the 17th-place 4x400 relay in 3:37.99.
• Ran a school-record 51.88 in the 400 meter dash for the win at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships (May 14-16) and ran a leg of the fourth-place 4x400 relay to score 11.25 points for the team. Also ran 52.91 in the prelims.
• Ran 24.02 (+0.5m/s) in the 200 meter dash for the win at the B1G Len Paddock Open (May 8)

• Earned First-Team All-America honors running the 400-meter leg of the 5th-place distance medley relay team at the NCAA Indoor Championships (March 11-13) that clocked 11:04.65.
• Ran 52.76 in the 400 meter dash for the win at the Big Ten Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-27) to win Michigan's first-ever Big Ten Indoor title in the event after breaking the school record in the prelims with a 52.55 clocking. Also ran a leg of the silver medal distance medley relay in 11:10.12.
• Ran a career-best 53.38 in the 400 meter dash for the win at the Silverston Invitational (Feb. 19)
• Ran 53.77 in the 400 meter dash for the win at the SPIRE B1G Invitational (Feb. 12-13), and also ran a leg of the winning distance medley relay in 11:08.84.
• Ran a career-best 1:28.08 in the 600 meter run for the win at the Gladstein Invitational (Jan. 23)
• Ran 1:29.27 in the 600 meter run for the win at the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (Jan. 16), breaking the Michigan first-year record and establishing new meet and facility records. Also made up four seconds on the anchor leg of the 4x400 to bring Michigan home for the win in 3:48.02.

HIGH SCHOOL

Broke the world U20 record while running a leg of the gold-medal winning 4x400 relay for Team USA at the 2019 Pan-American U20 Championships … 2019 Brooks PR Invitational Champion in the 400m … Bronze medalist at the 2019 USATF U-20 Junior National Championships … Claimed three indoor DCSAA state titles in 2020, including at 300 and 500 meters … Successfully defended 6 state championship titles from 2018 (200m, 300m, 400m, 500m, indoor and outdoor 4x400 indoor relay) during both the 2019 Indoor and Outdoor DCSAA Championships … Won three consecutive individual DCSAA state titles in the 400m in 2019, 2018, and 2017 … Part of the four-time 4x400 DCSAA Track and Field championship team … Won 16 DCSAA state titles throughout her high school career, placing in the top five each of the 28 times she competed at the state level … Finished 2019 outdoors ranked nationally among high schoolers No. 5 at 400 meters, and finished the 2020 indoor season ranked top-15 nationally at 300m (No. 15), 400m (No. 11) and 500m (No. 9).
